I would like to use this opportunity to invite you to take part in PHAETON Holding Company investment program.
PHAETON Holding Company is a large company located in the North-West of Russia. Our promising business directions include sales of oil products, agriculture, development and real estate management, construction, peat recovery and processing, and manufacturing medical commodities and equipment. The key to our success is active development of each direction and considerable investments into these areas.
Our activities are very diverse. This helps us minimize sectoral risks and work on stable business development. The company structure includes a managing division, which oversees strategic planning and business costs management. All important decisions are adopted collegially at the meeting of the Board of Directors.
As any future-oriented company, we spend considerable amounts on capital investments by introducing new technologies, supporting the existing facilities, and developing regional projects. These projects would not be possible without considerable investments. To attract these investments, the Company developed an investment program.
Working to improve transparency and investment appeal of our business, we have made our credit history public. Over the time of its existence the Holding Company has earned the trust of the banking community and became known as a reliable partner.
In August 2006 PHAETON Holding Company entered the public loan market and successfully placed a bond issue worth RUR 1 bln. In 2008 we plan to place another bond issue worth RUR 1.2 bln. Our major financial partners include Vneshtorgbank 24, the underwriter of our first bond issue, Sberbank, Vneshtorgbank, Reiffeisen Bank, Vneshtorgbank North-West, International Moscow Bank and RosSelkhozBank.
Currently PHAETON Holding Company is negotiating with Russian and foreign investors on a number of large projects. We plan to invest hundreds of millions of dollars through long-term credit lines, and the public loan market in the form of loans, CLNs, Eurobonds, and initial public offering (IPO).
