Phaeton-Aero, Ltd. is the first private company in St. Petersburg with its own petrol station network. Since its foundation in 1991 the Company has gone a long way and currently is an undisputed member of the top three companies on the fuel market of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region. The strategic goal of the Company is to create a federal petrol station network. By 2010 Faeton - Aero plans to increase the number of petrol stations to 230 in 13 Russian constituent regions, including Moscow.
As of today the Company has over 50 gas stations, and the cash market segment in St. Petersburg is 18-20% in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, while in the corporate segment the share is about 25%. The Company fuel suppliers include leading oil refineries of Russia: Kirishsky, Moskovsky, Omsky, Yaroslavsky, Surgutsky, Ufimsky, Novokuybyshevsky and Astrakhansky. Faeton-Aero reacts flexibly to changes in delivery terms and guarantees its clients excellent fuel quality at competitive prices. In addition to selling fuel via a network of gas stations, the Company offers comprehensive wholesale deliveries of oil products throughout the territory of Russia, as well as services to deliver diesel fuel to country homes and cottages.
Petrol Station Networks
Phaeton-Aero manages two large networks of petrol stations with well-known brands, AERO and Phaeton. These chains cater both to individual clients and legal entities. The Company uses separate account settlement conditions for each client category. Individual clients use Long-Standing Customer Card, which provides discounts for all petrol station services and collect bonus points. The bonus points can be exchanged for a gift: free carwash, cleaning or a cup of coffee at the convenience store. Legal entities are offered various efficient cash-free settlement schemes: free fuel offers, tickets and smart cards. Cash-free settlement of accounts allow to provide uninterrupted supply of fuel and control its spending. The number of corporate clients serviced by AERO and Phaeton chains exceeds 7,000 and includes GUP TEK, LenEnergo, Coca-Cola, Khlebnyi Dom, LAES, Petrogradsky Spetstrans, Spetstrans No. 7, Vozrozhdenie, and others.
In the early 2007 Phaeton and AERO chains won the National Company of the Year Award in the Northwestern Federal District (http://www.company2006.ru). The prize is patronized by the Ministry of Economic Development and the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Russia, and is awarded to most noticeable and dynamic players on the Russian market. The award testifies to Phaeton-Aero’s achievements from the point of view of its clients and the independent expert council, which consists of top managers of leading companies in the sector. Phaeton has earned the reputation of a company with highest quality fuel and impeccable service and has been rightly awarded Chain No. 1 Title, awarded to the Company by Oleg Ashikhmin, President of the Oil Club of St. Petersburg.
AERO Chain
AERO is the first, and as of today, the only premium class petrol station chain in St. Petersburg. In cooperation with its German partners the chain works to develop and promote the network, offering its clients the traditional high standard of service.
The first pilot AERO petrol station appeared in St. Petersburg in 2004. A year after a decision was adopted to develop the chain of multi-functional premium gas stations. Today there are 15 petrol stations in the chain. AERO is an official partner of BMW Concern in Russia and member of UNITI, the German Petrol Station Chain Association.
AERO is the only chain in St. Petersburg to sell authentic imported gasoline with the octane number of 95 and imported NRG diesel fuel. These types of fuel correspond fully to German DIN and EURO-4 Fuel Quality Standards and are delivered directly from the producer so no storage facilities are involved. High-octane NRG-95 gasoline and NRG diesel fuel are made at StatOil oil giant, a long-standing partner of AERO Chain. These fuels have low sulphur, resin and additive content.
AERO offers its clients exclusive services, and at our petrol stations we offer the “all included” service package. Our customers can fill their cars, pump the tires, wash the headlights, windows and license-plates, and use the services of Christ German Automatic Car-Wash. Additionally, the clients can enjoy a range of additional services, from shoe-shining to paying for their cell phone, insurance services, free Internet and e-mail access. AERO stations include steward service, who assist the clients with a range of services, from pumping tires to delivering the goods from the convenience store to the car. All AERO petrol stations include round-the-clock SkyWay convenience stores and Coffee Break confectionary shops.
Phaeton Chain
Phaeton is a high-tech chain, which includes 28 medium-class petrol stations. Phaeton was the first chain in St. Petersburg to fight use of fuel with additives, which artificially increase the octane number of the fuel, and switched to Euro-4 fuel, using its own fleet of Scania fuel trucks to transport the fuel.
The management of the network is confident that the main asset of the company are its clients, so at every petrol station we use a user-friendly helpful approach. All our petrol stations have convenience stores where you can buy things to take along on your trip and food for your dinner. The service custodian will help you fill your car with petrol and wash your car’s windows. Service points offer vacuum cleaners, tire pumping and filtered water, as well as additional other services.

Company "Phaeton-aero" carries out wholesale deliveries of oil products: large and small wholesale.
Delivery of oil products is made from petroleum banks "Streams", "Red oil worker", "ZPS".
