The agricultural direction is represented by Phaeton-Agro, Ltd. The agribusiness holding company is involved in dairy cattle farming and plant farming. Phaeton Agro, Ltd. consists of the managing company, five agribusinesses in Leningrad Region and five agribusinesses in Penza Region. The agricultural holding company plans to expand its geography by investing large sums of money into new business development in Pskov, Novgorod, Voronezh, Volgograd, Orenburg regions and other regions of the Russian Federation. The Company puts high priority on modernizing its facilities, improving quality and expanding the assortment of products, as well as development of own brands.
The development and real estate management division of the holding company is Phaeton Development Group, Ltd. FD - Group has a share of 5% on the market of development companies in St. Petersburg. The Company selects, purchases and sells plots of land, completes comprehensive design projects, coordinates issue of permits, and manages commercial real estate. FD - Group’s strategy is aimed at expanding its business in large CIS cities. The Company offers trade center projects, logistics parks, business centers, hotels, gas station chains and cottage construction projects for investment.
Construction projects of the holding company are done by Phaeton StroyService, Ltd. The Company specializes in gas station construction. Over the years the Company built over 200 fuel industry facilities. Today the Company maintains a very diverse portfolio of projects, including residential housing and public buildings, trade centers, multi-functional gas station complexes, which include gas station, car service stations, carwashes, convenience stores and cafes. The Company operates in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region and other Russian regions.
Medical products and equipment are manufactured by Medtekhnika, CC. The Company focuses on making the equipment for emergency medicine and rescue service, such as immobilization materials and blood pressure monitors. Medtekhnika has been known as a reliable partner within the framework of federal target programs and projects. The equipment is regularly ordered by the Regional Department of EMERCOM, rescue services, the All-Russian Center of Emergency Medicine, ambulance stations and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Peat recovery and processing is done by Northwestern Peat Company, Ltd. The Company recovers peat at large peat moors in the Russian North-West. The high quality of the local peat is unique, recognized not only in Russia but abroad as well. The Company works continuously on new products and introduces new technologies in manufacturing and enterprise development. NWPC products are known in over forty regions of Russia and CIS countries.
